In this paper we have expounded the mechanism of moire fringes on circular concentric diffraction gratings and discussed its moire fringes by using geometric method and Fourier anylysis method. In different cases, we have given eguations of moire fringes on circular concentric diffraction gratings, and discussed quantitative anylysis of the moire fringes in detail.
