Abstract:In recent ten Years, the several hundreds Laser Enhanced ionization (LEI)lines of rare-earth elements, rare-noble elements, IIIA series elements, tranition series elements, alkali-earth elements, alkali-matel elements etc. 28 elements have been detected by LEI spectrometry, resonance ionization spectrometry and Laser Induced Flouresence (LIF). The measurement system is a opto-electronic system. The atomized process, excited process, high-lying states and ionized process have been researched and atomic energy level, electron configuration, term and detection limits of LEI spectral lines were determinated[1][7]. The LEI spectroscopy of rare-earth elements Eu[2], Sm[3], Ce Lu[2], Ho and rare-noble elements Os, Ru, Hf, Ir, Pt have been researched for the first time.
