On the basis of the realization of variable color luminescence in ionized gases, the relative spectral power distribution was measured. By use of Grassmann's laws the color vision of variable color luminescence is explained and their chromaticity coodinates are calculated. The cantrol of the color of light for variable color luminescence in ionized gases is also reported in this paper.
