The 62 patients suffering from cerebral infarction were divided into two goups and cured respectively with intravascular He Ne laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) and urokinase.Then,to count the curative effect of the two groups,the contrast observation test and judgement has been done.At last,the mechanism of ILIB is analysed.
