The therapeutical processes and results for 60 cases of cerebrovascular disease by means of influence of laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) were analysed in this paper.In therpeutic processes,it is discovered that the oxygen concentration of the arterial blood rised obviously and the oxygen saturation degree rised too.At last,the mechanism of the rise of the ability of carrying oxygen of blood was analysed.
