Abstract:The properties of surface magnetopolaron in CdTe semiconductor,which is a weak coupling with bulk longitudinal optical (LO) and surface optical (SO) phonons,was studied.The effective Hamiltonian of surface magnetopolaron in a CdTe semiconductor is derived by using improved linear combination operator and perturbation method.If we consider the interaction between phonons of different wave vectors in the recoil process,the influence on the effective mass of the weak coupling surface magnetopolaron in CdTe semiconductor was discussed.
