In this paper,quantity that laser energy is absorbed and transferred by point tissue is calculated,when there are reciprocity between laser and biology tissue.And then essence of laser acupuncture and moxibustion that point tissue bring electric signal with heat action is demonstrated.The electric signal is transferred into corresponding sicken position by flesh jinlou and nerve system in order to obtain aim of curing sickness.
