    摘要:

    利用血红蛋白在不同氧合状态下对近红外光具有的不同吸收谱这一特性,可以对人体组织中氧合血红蛋白,还原血红蛋白,细胞色素氧化酶等浓度的变化进行定量检测。然而在人体组织这个复杂的不均匀混合介质中,深层组织往往是感兴趣的待测部位,如皮脂下的肌肉组织,头皮和颅骨下的脑灰白质等,这时外层覆盖组织的存在会直接影响检测的精度;另外,全血的局部氧饱和度(rso2)的波动,红细胞比容的变化,以及血容积都对测量精度产生

    Abstract:

    The change of the concentrations of Hb (deoxygenated hemoglobin),HbO 2(oxygenated hemoglobin) in tissue can be qua ntitatively determined by the record of near infrared absorption spectroscopy o f hemoglobin under different physiology status.The effect of the overlaying tiss ue on the measurement can not be ignored because the most interested tissue to b e monitored is the deeper tissue layers,such as muscle and brain,which are under adipose or skull.Apart from this,variations of the regional hemoglobin oxygen s aturation (rs O 2),haematocrit and regional blood volume hav e their influences on the measurement.To delineate the role of these factors in tissue oxygen moni tor,a multi-layered Monte-Carlo method was applied in this paper.The result of the simulation shows the accuracy of tissue oximeter decreases with the increas e of the thickness of overlaying tissue;The higher variation of SO 2 itself,th e higher regional blood volume in tissue and the higher haematocrit in blood int roduce additional error in measurement. -
