One kind of the processing circuit on lowing the noise in charqe coupled device(CCD) output signal,with high gain and low equivalent readout noise,is studied in this paper.The system adopting this circuit is applied successfully in our application test.Some difficulties in virtual circuit design are also pointed out in this paper.
