时间分辨反射的 Monte Carlo法计算的数据作为模拟实验数据 ,运用 R.K.Wang提出的两点测量法 ,在不同的边界条件下 ,对半无限生物组织的吸收系数进行模拟测量。结果表明选择外延边界条件(EBC、EBCF)、部分流边界条件 (PCBC)的吸收系数测定较为准确。同时 ,讨论了有效时间和测量位置的选择对测量结果的影响
Abstract:
A simulated measurement is demonstrated to determine absorption coefficients from time-resolved reflection in two positions on the surface of biological tissue with different boundary conditions.The results show that it is more accurate to measure the absorption coefficients in the extrapolated-boundary condition or the partial-current boundary condition.The selections of both the useful time and the distance between the source and a detected site are discussed in determining the absorption coefficients.
