Based on the principles of diffuse reflectance,the unique relationship between diffuse reflectance and transport scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of biotissue is deduced.The relationships between optical properties of optical simulation phantom and their reflectance are experimental studied by remittance spectroscopy measurement,which provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for the application of this new noninvasive measurement technique in clinic medicine.
