    摘要:

    通过两种方法将有机小分子八羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)嵌入到用阳极腐蚀法制备的多孔硅中。一是浸泡法,将新鲜的多孔硅浸泡于Alq3的氯仿溶液中,通过物理吸附使Alq3嵌入到多孔硅的纳米孔中;二是反应法,先将多孔硅浸泡于硫酸铝的水溶液中,再在其中加入八羟基喹啉的甲醇溶液,使它们在多孔硅的纳米孔中反应产生Alq3。两种方法得到的Alq3的光致发光光谱均较硅片上蒸镀的Alq3的光致发光光谱有所蓝移,半高宽有所减小。反应法比浸泡法得到的光致发光强得多。

    Abstract:

    Two methods were used to assemble organic molecule 8 hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq 3) into the pores of porous silicon (PS) which was prepared by anodization.In the first way,Alq 3 was impregnated into the pores by physical adsorption when a fresh PS sample was immerged into chloroform solution of Alq 3.In the second way,PS was immerged into aqueous solution of Al 2(SO 4) 3,Alq 3 was obtained in the pores by chemical reaction when methanol solution of 8 hydroxyquinoline was slowly injected.The photoluminescent (PL) spectra showed blue shift and narrower bandwidth relative to the PL of Alq 3 film on silicon wafer.PL intensity of the reaction sample was much higher than that of the impregnation sample.These results indicated that PL spectrum of Alq 3 was confined in the prores and the first way was more effective than the second one.
