The paper introduces carrier mobility measuring methods,especially illustrates measure's time of flight(TOF) method,which is a photoelectric measuring method.The carrier mobility of photoelectric functional materials that include azobenzene,nitryl and carbazole have been measured,and their carrier mobility data were given.
