    摘要:

    定量分析了平板型样品池和球壳型样品池对会聚激光束的像散，指出采用球壳型样品池也有可能消除其对会聚激光束聚焦特性的影响，相关的实验支持了理论分析的结果。

    Abstract:

    A quantitative analysis have been made for the astigmation of focused laser beam caused by the plate sample vessel and sphere shell sample vessel.It is pointed out that influence will be dispelled by use of the sphere shell sample vessel.The theoretical analysis has been supported by the related experiment.
