    摘要:

    实验研究了扫描次数对板料激光弯曲成形的影响。结果表明:扫描次数与弯曲角度间吴近似的线性关系;在相同的工艺参数、扫描次数下,板料越薄,弯曲角度越大。在重复扫描时,应严格控制加热区的温度,以使加热区材料获得良好的组织与性能。

    Abstract:

    The influence of the scan times on laser forming process were studied experimentally.The experimental results show that the relationship between the scan times and the bending angles is about in direct ratio.The thinner the sheet is,the larger the bending angle is for the same process parameters and the scan times.The ingredient of carbon will drop down due to the repeating irradiations of the laser beam if process parameters are controlled reasonably.The hardness of the irradiated surface of the sheet is reduced,and the grain will become larger.Thus,the properties of the heated zone become bad.The temperature of the heated zone must be controlled when the sheet is irradiated by the laser beam repeatedly in order to acquire good microstructure and properties.
