    摘要:

    为研究低功率激光对红细胞载氧能力的影响,从健康人静脉取血,用生理盐水洗涤,配制成红细胞悬浮液,经He-Ne激光照射后,置于减压瓶中减压脱氧。然后设置不同的氧分压,分别检测血氧饱和度,进而绘制成红细胞氧解离曲线。与对照组相比,在一定条件下,激光照射能使红细胞的氧解离曲线向左偏移,这表明,用低功率He-Ne激光照射红细胞,能够增加血红蛋白的氧亲和力,从而提高红细胞的载氧能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the influence of He Ne laser irradiation on oxygen dissociation curve,blood is taken from the vein of a healthy man.The blood is washed by physiological salt water and then be made up into diluted blood.After being rediated by He Ne laser for about 20 min,the diluted blood is put into a closed bottle to decompression and deoxygenation.Next,a series different partial pressure of oxygen are arranged for the blood.The oxygen saturations of the blood are tested under every partial pressure of oxygen.The result indicates that laser irradiation can move the oxygen dissociation curve of red blood cell toward the left direction,at some conditions.This result implies that the laser irradiation can increase the oxygen carrying ability of the red blood cell.
