We analysed the combination optical modulation of electric-optical modulation before megneto-optical modulation with matrix method,educed the conclusion that we can measure electric enegry with optical method based on this kind combulation optical modulation,deviced a new kind kilowatt-hour meter based on this kind of combination of optical modulation.
