Abstract:The plasma resistance of discharge tube and characteristic of thyratron switch as a function of time were given out via experimental measurement and mathematical simulatation.On the basis of this,the discharge current shapes of resonance double voltage circuit and Blumlein circuit,together with the influence fo thyraton switch time to discharge characteristics have been simulated and compared.It is found that the results of simulation closely coincide with those of experiment,which shown the simulation method takes an assistant effect in designing hige efficiency pulsed discharge circuits for metal vapor lasers.
