A theoritical analysis about the transmitting characteristic of lights in Graded index(GRIN) lens was given.The researching and designing of a kind of polarization maintaining dual fiber collimator was discussed.Result shows that it have good performance in insertion loss and return loss and successful application in polarization beam combiner.
