According to the theory of Hermite Gaussians mode,this article mainly discussed the small axis tilt dependence of mode couple coefficient.The mode and power coupling coefficient of foundational mode to foundational mode,foundational mode to first order mode,foundational mode to second order mode,foundational mode to third mode have been given and their characteristic have been discussed,one of the most important result is that the coefficient between even and odd mode is not zero.
