    摘要:

    设计了单积分球系统测量牛奶光学参数。系统采用自行没计的准直光路以使系统更好地符合逆倍增法(IAD)的模拟边界条件,采取双光路补偿及光源调制的方法以提高系统的测量精度及信噪比。测量得到了脱脂奶、部分脱脂奶和纯牛奶在632.8nm及1064nm处的光学特性参数.与漫射理论计算得到的光径向分布及漫反射系统测量的结果符合很好。

    Abstract:

    A single-integrating sphere system was designed to measure the optical properties of milk.Boundary conditions required for inverse adding-doubling method(IAD) were fully satisfied by using self-made precise collimating system.SNR and measuring accuracy were improved by using dual-beam and modulation of sources.The optical properties of skimmed milk,partly-skimmed milk and pure milk with different brands were obtained at 632.8 nm and 1 064 nm wavelength respectively.And the radial distribution of light with diffusion equation was in good agreement with that measured by the diffuse-reflectance measuring system.
