    摘要:

    基于RC传输线模型,推导出移动光源照射下一维PSD的位置特性的理论解,从光源扫描速度、起始点位置和轨迹倾斜角度分析一维位置敏感器(PSD)的位置特性。结果表明,当光源匀速直线扫描PSD的光敏面时.光生电流的输出与扫描速度的Y方向分量无关,并且在光源扫描的初始阶段PSD不能够真实反映光的入射位置;随着扫描速度减慢,光源照射的初始位置接近坐标系原点、以及扫描轨迹与X轴倾斜角度的增大,光入射位置的计算值接近于真实值。

    Abstract:

    The theoretic solutions of position characteristic of one-dimensional PSD irradiated by a moving light source were presented based on a distribution RC transmission-line approximation.From three facets,such as scanning speeds of light source,starting position and gradient angle of the scanning track,position characteristics of one-dimensional PSD were analyzed.Results show that when the light source scans continuously the PSD surface in the uniform rectilinear movement,output photocurrents are independent of y component of the scanning speed.And in the initial scanning course,the true incident positions of light can not be correctly detected by PSD.The computed incident position of light approaches to the true position as long as the lower scanning speed,the close starting position to the origin of the coordinate system or the greater gradient angle with X axis are obtained.
