The fanning noise in doubly doped LiNbO_3 crystal(LiNbO_3:0.02 wt% Fe,2 mol% Zn) was investigated at room temperature and low temperatures. Results show that the temporal evolution of fanning noise in LiNbO_3:Fe,Zn crystal depends on the sample's temperature. At the region from 300 K to 240 K,the intensity of the fanning noise increases to a maximum and then decreases to a stable value;where as at the region from 240 K to 100 K,the fanning noise rises to its maximum and no more reduction occurs. The results of holographic record experiments show that,at different temperatures, the influence of the fanning noise to the holographic record in LiNbO_3:Fe,Zn crystal is ultimately the same.
