    摘要:

    通过对图像瞄准系统中的畸变分析,提出以激光长度测量值作为长度基准的成像系统在线自标定方法.该方法以被测标尺上的线纹为标定测量对象,分别获得多组标尺分划线纹边缘在图像中的位置和相应的激光长度测量值,建立二者的数学模型,根据所建模型对瞄准系统中图像畸变误差进行校正.实验结果表明,对实验图像的校正可使一维畸变误差约减小为校正前的15%,能有效提高测量精度,且测量校正过程不需要辅助设备和标准标定样板,算法简单,易于实现.

    Abstract:

    In this paper the distortion of image collimating system is analyzed,and then an on-line self-calibration method with double-frequency laser length measuring result as length datum is presented. In this method,the stripe on grade rod is taken as calibrating and measuring object ,many stripe edge positions of image and corresponding length are obtained, and a model mathematical between them is established. Then according to the model, the distortion error of collimating system is rectifled. Experiment result shows that the rectification method can reduce one dimension error to about 15 % of pre-rectification, and the aided equipment and standard calibration board are needless,so the method is simple and easy to carry out.
