The phase locking of a single emitter and that between more-than-one emitters are experimentally demostrated. The phase locking of a single emitter by a Talbot cavity is achieved at a high current and the far-field pattern indicates the oscillation of higher modes. The phase locking between more-than-one emitters is also obtained,and the experimental results show that wit the increasing of the number of the emitters,the emitters tend to be phase-locked locally.
