Hot electron spectrum in the interaction of femtosecond laser with solid target was measured, and the anisotropy energy spectrum distribution of hot electron was obtained. In front normal direction and laser reverberation direction, the spectrum is a Maxwellian-like distribution;Along the rear laser propagation,the spectrum exists a high energy tail;The yield of hot electrons in front normal direction is higher than that in the laser reverberation direction of the target surface and along rear laser propagation. All results are induced by nonlinear effect.
