    摘要:

    量化不同时刻代表肿瘤病灶信息的荧光图像灰度及肿瘤边缘像素点灰度等重要参数,配准肿瘤组织和荧光像素点,客观反映肿瘤荧光图像的质量.在不同时刻采集受激荧光标记的肿瘤荧光图像,对所采集到的肿瘤荧光图像做归一化处理,计算图像灰度的均值和方差,通过灰度变化趋势确定肿瘤荧光图像边缘提取的灰度域值,结果表明,光敏剂注射后14 h采集的昆明种小鼠腹部S180肿瘤图像荧光强度最强,但是图像配准度最高却出现在18h.

    Abstract:

    By quantifying the gray scale on the location of carcinoma and the borderline of the fluorescence image, the fluorescence pixels and the true location of carcinoma were calibrated, and the quality of the fluorescence image of carcinoma was reflected objectively. The carcinoma fluorescence images were taken at different time. After nomalizing the images,their average gray scale and standard deviation were calculated to obtain the gray scale to extrac the borderline of carcinoma. It was shown that the strongest intensity of the animal modles with S180 sarcoma was found at 14 h after injecting the photosensitizer, while the best diagnosis accuracy was obtained at 18 h. This study could increase the feasibility of detecting carcinoma during the surgrey in real-time and giving important information for early stage carcinoma diagnosis.
