With different Cultured time and different dosages,the TiO2, iron doped TiO2 nanopartides and the HL60 cells are cultured in the Same Container. The inactivated effect ot TiO2 ,iron-doped TiO2 nanoparticles on HL60 leukemia tumor cells was studies. Then results of the ceils activities under the condition of the visible radiation and under the condition of without radiation are compared. The possibilities of the TiO2 and iron-doped TiO2 nanoparticles as photo sensitizer PDT in activated tumor cells are also explored. The experiment results showed that nanoparticies have inhibited toxicity effect on the growth of cells,the longer the culture time and the thicker the nanoparticles density are the better the effect of toxicity will be the rate of the PDT extinguishment under addition of the nanoparticies is higher than under no nanoparticies,but the interaction is not obvious.
