Polymer-fullerene derivative hybrid photovoltaic device is fabricated by using poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) ∶-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) with the structure of ITO/PEDOT∶PSS/P3HT∶PCBM/Al.We study the influences of different doping concentration on the photovoltaic properties of this doping system.It is found that the device shows promising photovoltaic characteristics,the mass ratio of P3HT∶PCBM is 1∶4,the open-circuit voltage is 0.69 V,the short-circuit current is 6.73 mA/cm2,the...
