We investigate the electroluminescence(EL) characteristics of a novel yellow emitting material:(E)-2-(2-bromo-4-fluorostyryl)quinolato-Zinc(BFHQZn).Based on this performance,series of un-doping white OLEDs are fabricated.The white device are fabricated as follows:ITO/CuPc(10 nm)/NPBX(25 nm)/BFHQZn(18 nm)/NPBX(x nm)/BCP(10 nm)/Alq3((47-x)nm) /LiF(0.5 nm)/Al,when NPBX thickness is 12 nm,white OLEDs are obtained with the maximum luminance of 817 cd/m2(at 15 V) and the maximum luminous efficiency of 1.11 cd/A(a...
