    摘要:

    报道了用m-MTDATA掺杂NPB作复合空穴传输层(c-HTL)的高效率、低电压有机电致发光器件(OLED),器件的最高发光效率达到了5.3 cd/A,比NPB作HTL的器件(3.4 cd/A)提高了约50%。这是由于c-HTL具有较低的空穴迁移率,改善了发光层中两种载流子的平衡,从而提高了器件性能。进一步在ITO与c-HTL间插入MoOx层,可以减小空穴注入势垒,使得器件在保持较高发光效率(5.1 cd/A)的情况下其驱动电压降低了近1 V,对应的功率效率达到了4.6 lm/W,比未加MoOx层的器件(3.5 lm/W)提高了约30%。

    Abstract:

    High-efficiency and low-voltage organic light-emitting device(OLED) with a composite hole transport layer(c-HTL) of m-MTDATA doped into NPB was demonstrated.With Alq3 as the emitting and electron transport layer,the maximum luminous efficiency of OLED using c-HTL reached 5.3 cd/A which was much higher than that(3.4 cd/A) of the device with NPB as HTL.The c-HTL can improve the device efficiency by a factor of ~1.5,which is because the dopant of m-MTDATA(5 wt%) reduced the hole mobility of c-HTL and thereby p...
