Abstract:To investigate the effect of ethanol in excessive drinking on hemoglobin,the size and size distribution,and the Raman spectra of hemoglobin in ethanol solutions with concentrations of 200 mg/dl,300 mg/dl,400 mg/dl,500 mg/dl and 600 mg/dl respectively were determined using dynamic light scattering and Raman spectroscopy.It is found that as the increase of ethanol concentration,the size of hemoglobin decreases,the number of oxygenated hemoglobin increase,but their ability of releasing oxygen decre...
