A single-longitudinal-mode dual-frequency microchip laser for photonic generation of millimeter-wave signal is investigated.The single-longitudinal-mode dual-frequency resonance mechanism is studied theoretically.The experimental results show that with 12 A pumping current,the central wavelengths of microchip laser are 1 064.18 nm and 1 064.50 nm,respectively.The space between two wavelengths is 0.32 nm,corresponding to 85 GHz.The-3 dB spectrum width of each peak is 0.05 nm,and the extinction ra...
