    摘要:

    通过在YAG荧光粉中混合质量分数分别为1%、3%、5%、10%有机材料DCJTB的方法研究白光LED的激发光谱。结果表明,随着DCJTB混合浓度的增加,550~750nm波段的黄光、红光区域有明显的激发波峰,光谱色坐标明显从白光区域(0.2695,0.2435)向红光区域(0.447 9,0.272 9)移动,但绿光区域光谱峰值却逐渐下降,最后趋近于零,光谱呈现出两个相对独立的波峰。其中当混合浓度为1%时,LED的显色指数达到峰值74.2;但随着混合浓度的增加,显色指数明显下降。因此,LED芯片发出的能量能够激发有机材料DCJTB,同时DCJTB对YAG荧光粉发出的绿光区域有较强吸收。

    Abstract:

    The excitation spectrum of white LED is studied in this paper.Here,the DCJTB was mixed into YAG phosphor by the proportions of 1%,2%,5% and 10%,respectively.With the mixing concentration increasing,we find that there are significant excitation peaks in the red and yellow regions(550 nm~750 nm).And spectral color coordinates move from white region(0.269 5,0.243 5) to red region(0.447 9,0.272 9).However,the spectral peak in green region is nearly decreased to zero.So the spectrum shows two relatively independent peaks.The color-rendering index of LED reaches the maximum of 74.2 when the mixing concentration is 1%.However,with the increase of mixing concentration,the color index decreases clearly.Therefore,the energy emitted from LED chip can stimulate DCJTB.Meanwhile,the DCJTB has a strong absorption in the green region excited by the YAG phosphor.
