    摘要:

    用高温熔融法,制备了Bi离子掺杂浓度为1mol%的80GeO2-10Nb2O5-10X(X=Li2O,Na2O,CaO)系列玻璃。分别测定了样品的差热分析(DTA)曲线、吸收光谱、发射光谱、荧光寿命及傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)。从DTA曲线估算出样品的结晶起始温度和软化温度的差值达200℃以上,该玻璃系统具有良好的热稳定性。在吸收光谱中,观察到由Bi掺杂所引起的约511nm和722nm两处吸收峰。在808nm波长的激光二极管(LD)激发下,观察到发光中心约为1 300nm、荧光半高宽(FWHM)约为200nm、荧光寿命约为133μs的宽带发光。在3组分玻璃中,含Li2O的玻璃具有最强的近红外宽带发光。从其红外吸收光谱可推断Bi3+与Bi5+共存于玻璃中,玻璃的近红外宽带发光可能起因于Bi5+。

    Abstract:

    The Bi ion doped 80GeO2-10Nb2O5-10X(X=Li2O,Na2O,CaO) glasses with 1 molar percent concentration were prepared by conventional melting method.The DTA curves,absorption spectra,fluorescence lifetime and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectra were measured.The difference between glass crystallization onset temperature(Tx) and transition temperature(Tg) of the glasses is up to 200 ℃ from the DTA curves.It indicates that the glasses system has good thermal stability.Absorption peaks at 511 nm and 711 nm produced by the Bi ions are observed.The emission band at 1 300 nm with FWHM near 200 nm and fluorescence lifetime near 133 μs is observed under the excitation of 808 nm laser diode(LD).In the three-component glasses,the one with Li2O has the strongest near-infrared emission.The Bi3+ and Bi5+ ions co-exist in the glass from the FTIR.The near infrared broadband emission is probably from the emission of Bi5+.
