This paper derives a new adaptive shrinkage threshold of spherical coordinates based on the Besov space norm theory.And the multi-scale product in wavelet domain is extended to spherical coordinates.This paper also presents a new adaptive curve shrinkage function to overcome the limitation of translational function.It would enhance the image edge.According to the image statistical characteristics in the spherical coordinates,the radial component is processed with the new thresholds and the new shrinkage function.The simulation evaluates the new algorithm from the peak signal noise ratio(PSNR),mean square error(MSE) and running time.It establishes the best decomposing level.The results compared with other methods indecate that the new algorithm improves the image signal noise ratio.The new algorithm is simple and has little computation workload.
