    摘要:

    为确定近红外导航术中手术器械的空间位置,利用近红外双目视觉系统拍摄发光点的左右图像提取其亚像素坐标,根据系统的内外部参数求取发光点在系统坐标系下的光线方程。空间同一发光点的两条光线相交,且由此得到的发光点坐标满足手术器械上发光点间的距离关系,从而实现对不同位置发光点的正确匹配。5个手术器械上15个发光点的匹配实验表明,本文方法可自动匹配手术器械的发光点,能用于术中定位、跟踪手术器械,可为手术导航提供定位支持。

    Abstract:

    To calculate the three dimensional(3D) coordinates of surgical instruments in near infrared binocular positioning system of surgery navigation,the correspondence of lighting points on these instruments should be determined.After the subpixel coordinates of these lighting points on the left and the right of image have been extracted automatically,the line equations of all lighting points are obtained according to the intrinsic and extrinsic parameters.Two lines produced by the same lighting point are intersected with each other,from which the 3D coordinates of these lighting points are computed to satisfy the distance relationship among points on surgical instruments to realize stereo matching.The experiment with 15 lighting points in 5 surgical instruments shows that our proposed method can automatically match the points on surgical instruments,and can be used in positionning and tracking instrument for surgery navigation.
