The GPU-based digital holography real-time reconstruction(DHRTR) system is designed and experimentally verified by using a rotated dice as the object of study.Compared with CPU,the graphic processing unit(GPU),with lots of stream processors, can greatly shorten the reconstruction time of digital hologram. The real-time reconstruction software is programmed based on GPU with the CUDA platform, which can continuously record dynamic holograms and meanwhile the holograms are reconstructed and then displayed. The experimental results demonstrate that the DHRTR system can obtain reconstructed images in average 20 frame/s from holograms with size of 512 pixels×512 pixels.
