We propose and build a microscope system which integrates fluorescence lifetime measurement technology into laser scanning confocal microscope system in the purpose of observing micro-structure and imaging micro-environment conditions of cells.The adjustment of optical path of the system is simplified by applying corner cubes prism and mirror.The experiment results show that the spatial resolution is ~180 nm,and the lifetime resolution is ~20 ps.Thus,the system could provide a direct approach for research of biology and materialogy.
