    摘要:

    研制了一台高光束质量、高稳定的基于激光二极管 阵列(LDA)侧泵 Nd玻璃的纳秒方形激光脉冲放大器。为了获得较高的输出能量,采用LDA泵浦的“串联式双 程放大”高 增益组件进行能量放大。同时,为了获得高光束质量的光斑,利用液晶空间光调制器(LCSLM )对光束 近场分布进行空间整形,以便得到超高斯平顶分布的光束,并对后级放大器增益不均性进行 预补偿,最终得到了光束口径为Φ13 mm 、光束近场调制度小于 1.22∶1的激光输出。放大器工作波长为1053nm,当注入500nJ 的3ns方形激光脉冲时,得到无脉冲畸变激光脉冲能量为100mJ、能 量不稳定度为2.14%(均方根)和远场角漂移小于11μrad的高光束质量激光输出。

    Abstract:

    A high-beam-quality and high-stabil ity laser amplifier based on LDA side-pumping Nd-glass applied to amplify a na nosecond laser pulse source has been developed in this paper.The main technique of the laser amplifier is the multilevel double-pass amplification and liquid crystal spatial light modulator (LCSLM) in near field control.The beam quality i s one of the standards that measure the laser′s quality;its high quality can im prove the working flux and load capacity of the device,which plays a positive pa rt in reducing the risk of damage for optical elements as well.The LCSLM is used in the amplifier for spatial beam shaping so as to improve the near-field unif ormity,and compensating for real-time and adjustable laser beam by LCSLM can ef fectively control the near-field beam modulation.When the flat top pulse with t he width of 3ns and energy of 500nJ is injected as the seed pulse,the average output energy of the laser amplifier is 100mJ.The modulation degree of near fie ld is less than 1.22∶1,the energy dispersion degree of the output laser is 2.14%,and the beam angle drifting of the far-field is less than 11μrad.
