    摘要:

    为了实现大尺寸空间异面角度的非接触精确测量 ,采用机器视觉的方法检测系统公 共基准与待测元素的夹角。首先, 分析了大尺寸空间角度检测系统的测量原理,沿被测元素公垂线方向应用线结构光的平面传 播特性在几米至十余米的距离内建立角度公共基准。提出了光学基准信息的提取方法。其 次,设计了待测元素的图像处理算法,采用两个视觉系统分别对标杆轴线与基准光线的夹角 进行计算。然后,为保证系统的抗干扰能 力和测量精度,研究了图像分割的在线阈值自适应选择方法,设计了具有较强抗干扰能力的 边缘提取算法和目标选择判据。最后,对系统测量精度进行了实验分析。 在物距为300mm、两测量工位的光照分别为182 lux和150lux的条件下,空间异面夹角测量重 复性精度为±0.0115°。实验表明,所设计的算法满足系统在线测量 的精度要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve the high-precision measurement of bifacial angle in large- scale space,machine vision is used for the inspection of angle between the commo n reference and target.Firstly,the methodology of bifacial angle measurement in large-scale space is proposed,the line structured light is used as the common r eference on the direction of the projective plane and the method of optical refe rence inspection is proposed.Secondly,the original images of the targets used fo r representing the lines including the angle which is calculated with the image processing technology are designed.Then,the method of self-adaption segmentatio n is discussed in this paper.Meanwhile,edge extraction algorithm and criterion o f target selection with high capacity of resisting disturbance are designed.Fina lly,system measurement accuracy is analyzed.Repeatability precision of space ang le measurement is ±0.0115° while the object distance is 300mm and the intensities of light at the two measuring positions are 182lux and 150lux.Experimental results indicate that the algorithm designed in this paper satisfies the demand of the online measuring system.
