Double-emitting layer(green and red) phosphorescent organic lighting emitting devices (OLEDs) were fabricated by using organic material as the interlayer. The structure of the devices is ITO/MoO3(50nm)/NPB(40nm)/TCTA(10nm)/CBP:R-4B(20nm,2%)/interlayer(3nm )/CBP: GIr1(30nm,14%)/BCP(10nm)/Alq3(20nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(100nm).Interlayers are BC P,TPBi and TCTA,respectively.Comparing 4kinds of different interlayer mate rials, the luminescence characteristics of the devices are investigated. The results show that the current efficiency and the brightness are greatly improved because of the usage of interlayer.Using TCTA as the inter layer,we obtain the maximum efficiency of 39.98cd/A and the maximum brightnes s of 29790cd/m2.In addition, luminescent properties of OLEDs could be kept stable.EL spectra and co lor coordinates substantially don′t vary with the driving voltage.
