Abstract:Ag nano-film was prepared on the glass substrate at room temperature in an Argon atmosphere by the method of vertical target pulsed laser deposition (VTPCD ).Polyaniline (PANI) film was prepared on the Ag nano-film by Czochralski metho d. The crystal structure,surface morphology and conductivity of the deposited Ag nano-film under different laser powers are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and digital multimeter.The electrochromic pr operties and the structure change of the polyaniline film on the Ag nano-film are investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS) diff user reflectance spectroscopy measurements.Ag nano-film with the particle size between 30nm and 50nm on the glass substrate has been prepared by the method of vertical target pulsed laser deposition successfully and the resistance values of Ag nano-film a re between 1Ω and 5Ω.Under the optimal laser power of 17W,the obtained Ag nano-film is compact and uniform,and it has good crystallinity and lower resistance.PANI film on the Ag nano-film which is under optimal laser po wer is not easy to fall off during the testing,and electrochromic voltage is the lowest and the red shift range of the characteristic peaks is the widest.
