    采用高温熔融法,制备了摩尔组分为53P2O5- 16BaO-9Na2O-7K2O-14.25Gd2O3- 0.75Eu2O3系统基 质玻璃,熔化温度为1400℃,经过热处理后获 得微晶玻璃。采用X射 线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱,对微晶玻璃 的结构、形貌和发光性能进行研究。XRD结果表明,基质玻璃经过700℃热处 理2h得到Eu3+ 掺杂GdPO4微晶玻璃,其晶粒尺寸分别约为39nm;荧光光谱研究结果表明,与 基质玻璃相 比,微晶玻璃的激发强度和发射强度明显增强,微晶玻璃中源自Eu3+7F0-5L6跃迁强度与电荷迁移 带强度的比值降低,发射峰出现明显劈裂,且5D0-7F25D0-7F1跃迁强 度的比值减小,表明Eu3+成功地进入了GdPO4晶相中。微晶玻璃中,E u3+发射强度和激发强度随着热处理温度的升高而增强。

    Abstract:

    The precursor glasses with the molar composition of 53P2O5-16BaO-9Na 2O-7K2O-14.25Gd2O3-0.75Eu2O3were prepared by high temperature m elting method,the melting temperature is 1400℃,and glass-ceramics are obtained by heat treatmen t.Their structural,morphology and luminescence properties are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scann ing electron microscopy (SEM) and luminescence spectrum.The results of XRD indicate that the glass ceramics containing Eu:GdPO4can be obtained by heat treating the precursor glasses,an d the average crystallite sizes are 39nm and 55nm for glass ceramics prepared at 700℃ and 800℃ for 2h, respectively.The results of luminescence spectrum show that the emission and exc itation intensities of the glass ceramics are improved obviously,the relative intensiti es ratio of 7F0-5L6 transition to charge transfer band of O2--Eu3+ decreases,the Stark splitting emission peaks are observed for glass ceramics,and relative intensities ratio of 5D 0-7F2/5D0-7F1 decreases compared with that of precursor glass.All these demonstrate that the Eu3+ i ons are incorporated into GdPO4nanocrystal phase.The emission and excitation intensities of glass ceramics increase with the heat treatment temperature increasing.
