Carbon nanotube (CNT) has been used to replace indium-tin-oxide (ITO) film as the anode of the organic light emitting diode (OLED) device to resolve the reli ability problems caused by the poor bend performance of conventional ITO films. It will tremendously improve the realization of flexible display. In this paper,a mixed carbon nanotube anode film is fabrica ted by spray method, and the effects of preparation of a carbon nanotube film, doping method and surface modification an d other factors on green OLED devices performance are discussed. The experimental results show that p type doping has l ittle effect on the conductive properties of carbon nanotubes films, while a modified layer of PEDOT deposited on the CNT film s is very effective to improve the surface characteristics of the CNT films.Meanwhile,we find the "cross" anode s hape is helpful to reduce the anode corner glitch of the devices.By optimizing the parameters of the devices, the luminous efficiency of the green device (PET/CNTs/PEDOT/NPB/ALq3/LiF/Al) reaches 195cd/m2.The results show that the hybrid-type carbon nanotubes as anode of OLED devices are feasible.
