单波长单光纤时间双向传递的研究

    摘要:

    针对温度和光波长对光纤传输时延的影响,研 究了单波长单光纤时间双向传递方法,传输距离 为2km的单波长单光纤时间双向传递的同步精度为27.5ps,抖动峰 峰值为209ps,测试结果显示单波长单 光纤时间双向传递方法能减小温度和波长对光纤传输时延的影响和提高时间传递精度。随温 度和波长变化 的光纤传输时延是影响光纤时间双向传递精度的主要因素,用Matlab定量分析了温度 和波长对材料色 散、折射率及光纤传输时延的影响,并且理论分析了单波长单光纤时间双向传递的同步精度 。

    Abstract:

    In view of the influence of temperature and optical wavelength on the propagation delay time in fiber,the single wavelength single fiber time two-way transfer via 2km optical fiber link has been discussed in this paper.The measurement result,which shows the improvement in the stability and accuracy of time transfer in fiber, is obtained from the 2km time transfer experiment.At the same time,the single wavelength single transfer method greatly eliminates the influence of temperature and wavelength on the refractive index and the material dispersion. The accuracy of time synchronization of the transfer experiment is 27.5ps (the standard deviation) with the peak to peak value of 209ps,and such a system is a good prospect for high precision tim e transfer in fiber.The propagation delay time of optical fiber varying with the surrounding temperature and optical wavelength is the main factor that affects the precision of time two-way transfer in fiber.The influence of temper ature and optical wavelength on material dispersion,refractive index and fiber propagatio n delay time is quantitatively analyzed by the MTALAB software and the time synchronization accuracy of single wavelength sin gle fiber time two-way transfer is computed in the paper.
