    摘要:

    为了诊断激光等离 子体X射线二维空间信息,基于Bragg衍射原理建立了等离子体X射线背光成像系统,其核心 元件为石英球面弯曲晶 体,弯曲半径为143mm。在中国工程物理研究院神光III原型激光装 置上,利用建立的系统,进行了单色X射线背光成像实验,激光聚焦到平面 Mg靶中心聚爆产生高温等离子体X射线为背光源,成像物体为15μm ×15μm网格阵列,X射线CCD得到了清晰的Mg靶 单色X射线二维网格图像。通过对背光图像分析,在7.8mm×2.6mm的视场范围,成像系统得到空间分辨率为5μm。实验 结果表明,基于石英球面弯曲晶体的X射线背光成像系统可以用于等离子体X射线诊断研究。

    Abstract:

    In the laser-driven inertial confinement Fusion and pinch implosion, the monochrome X-ray backlight imaging is the major technology to obtain the plasma characteristics and behavior of target imp losion.In order to obtain the two-dimensional spatial information,a novel X-ra y backlight imaging system is developed based on the Bragg diffraction theory.The spherically bent quartz crystal analyzer is the most important compo nent of the image system,where the bent crystal radius is 143mm.The X-ray imaging experiment is performed on the SG-III prototype faci lity at Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics.In the experiment,the laser radiation is focused on the plane of Mg target,in which the high-temperature plasma is produced,used as the backlight source.The imaging object is the 15μm by 15μm square mesh array. The X-ray CCD is used to obtain two-dimensional monochromatic backlight mesh image.By analyzing the backlight mesh imaging info rmation in the experiment,the backlight imaging system provides an approximate 5μm spatial resolution and a 7.8mm by 2.6mm field of view (FOV).It is demonstrated that the backlight imaging system is adequate for monochromatic X- ray imaging diagnosis.
