Abstract:In this paper,combined with the microscope objective (MO), the digital holographic microscopy imaging system is established, in which the incoherent light is used as the light source,and the spatial light modulator (SLM) and the charge coupled device (CCD) composes the incoherent interferencer for recording holograms.We use this system to experiment on the re solving power test target (USAF),and get a high quality reconstructed image with the highest s patial resolution of 512lp/mm.In addition, the magnification of this optical system is calibrated.Next,with the herbs ste m crosscut cells as the test sample,we carry out the experiment of microscopic observation of bi ological cells, thus the digital holographic microscopy applications are extended from the coher ent light field to the incoherent light field,promoting the practical application of incoherent digital holographic microscopy.
