Abstract:For small field measurement, there are many kinds of three-dime nsional measurement means. To acquire the three dimensional information of the sm all field by using no-contact method, this paper proposes a method based on integral imaging technology, and on the basis o f the working mode of the traditional micro-lens array and the camera array, the camera array is applied to acquire the three-dimensional information of the small field by using a precise two-dimensional translation stage. When the system is operating, images capture d with camera are used to synthesize the element image array and achieve the three-dimensional reconstruc tion and measurement using the corresponding algorithm.Based on the above device,a verification experiment is c arried out.The experimental results show that the device obtains a relatively clear element image array wit h no mutual cross-talk,and the reconstructed images with full 3D information and loss less details can be achi eved by the proposed device. In addition,three-dimensional coordinates of an arbitrary point on the object to be measured can be obtained, and the error of three-dimensional measurement remains within 0.3mm.The experimental r esults are ideal, and the method provides a theoretical basis for the application of integrated imaging in high precision measurement.
