    摘要:

    采用高温固相法合成了一系列Gd2(MoO4)3:D y3+, Tm3+白色荧光粉。通过XRD衍射、荧光光谱分析对荧光粉的物相结构以及发光性能进 行了研究,且通过色坐标监测样品的发 光颜色。发射光谱显示荧光粉Gd2-x(MoO4)3:xDy 3+在387nm激发下,Dy3+2F96H15/2跃 迁的蓝光发射及2F96H13/2跃迁的黄光发射最强,随着Dy3+浓度增加 ,色坐标由白光向黄 光转移。在Gd2(MoO4)3:Dy3+,Tm3+的发射光谱中,在361nm激发下,可以同时看到Dy3+的 黄光发射和Tm3+的蓝光发射,即Dy3+2F9/2→6H13/2黄光 跃迁和Tm3+1D23F4蓝光跃 迁,因此,通过调节Dy3+,Tm3+的浓度可以使样品发出白光。当Dy3+浓 度为12%,Tm3+ 浓度为7~14%时,样品皆在白光区。当Dy3+,Tm3+浓度均为12%时,样品的色 坐标为(0.338,0.329 )最接近标准白光(0.33)。同时,在 Dy3+与Tm3+共掺的体系中,可以看到Tm3+向Dy3+的能量传递。

    Abstract:

    A series of white fluorescent powder Gd2(MoO4)3were synthesized b y high temperature solid state method.in which and the excitation spect rum,emission spectrum and luminescence properties of the sample were analyzed by testing their fluorescence spectra,and the phase structure were analysed by X- ray diffraction (XRD). The color of phosphor is determined by testing the color coordinates and so on.T he emission spectra show that the blue light emission (2F96H15/2 transition of Dy3+ ) and yellow light emission (2F96H13/2 t ransition of Dy3+) are maximum under 387nm excitation.The Commission International Edl eclairage (CIE) of fluorescent powder Gd 2-x(MoO4)3:xDy3+ is changed from white to yellow with the increase of Dy3+ concentration . Both the yellow light emission (2F96H13/2 transition of Dy3+) and the blue light emission (1D23F4transition of Tm3+) are existed under 361nm excitatio n ,so the fluorescent powder Gd1.88-y(MoO4)3: 0.12Dy3+,yTm3+ can produce white light by c hanging the concentrations of Dy3+ and Tm3+.The results that show wh en the Tm3+ concentration is 7%~15%,and the doping concentration of Dy3+ is 12%,the CIE of fluorescent powders are in white l ight area,and the CIE of the sample with 12% Tm3+ concentration is (0.338 8,0.3293) closest to that of standard white light of(0.33,0.33).In this experiment,the energy transfer from Tm3+ to Dy3+ can b e found.
